We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Carteret and learn the art of pond building while earning a competitive wage. As a Pond Builder, you will receive hands-on training in the installation and maintenance of pond systems.

We offer on-the-job training to help you gain the necessary skills while making a decent living.

Starting pay is $25.00 per hour, with benefits available after one year of employment.
