We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Swim Instructor to join our team at the Hillsborough Township Aquatic Center. As a Swim Instructor, you will provide swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Training is provided to help you grow in your role while earning a competitive hourly wage.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct swim lessons and ensure the safety of all participants- Follow provided curriculum and teaching guidelines- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environmentQualifications:- Strong swimming skills and an enthusiasm for teaching- Previous experience as a swim instructor is a plus but not required- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsStarting pay is $20.00 per hour with opportunities for growth and benefits after one year.
