We are seeking a dedicated Farm Equipment Operator to join our team for full-time employment at our expansive farming operation. This role will allow you to learn and develop your skills as you work with various farm machinery and equipment. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you succeed while earning a competitive wage. The starting pay is $25.00 per hour, and you will become eligible for benefits after completing one year of employment. Working hours are from 7 am to 3 pm daily.
