As a Sandblaster, your role is crucial in the preparation and finishing of surfaces, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. This full-time position offers comprehensive on-the-job training, aligning with the principles of continuous improvement and teamwork inspired by Deming.

You'll start at $22 per hour with the opportunity for benefits after one year. Working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
