At our Silver City ranch, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, allowing you to earn a decent living while you learn the ropes of ranch management and maintenance.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with opportunities for benefits after your first year of dedicated service.

Working hours are from 6am to 2pm daily.
