No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, allowing you to earn a competitive wage while mastering deck installation and construction.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, with benefits becoming available after one year of employment. Our working hours are from 7am to 4pm daily.
