Our extensive training program is designed to provide on-the-job experience while you earn a competitive wage. You will learn essential swim instruction techniques and safety procedures to ensure our participants have a positive and educational experience.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with benefits becoming available after one year of employment.

Work hours are from 7am to 3pm daily, giving you a steady schedule and ample opportunity to make a difference in our swim community.
