We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our farm operation in South Lexington as Farm Equipment Operators. This full-time role offers the opportunity to learn on the job while operating a variety of farm machinery.

Our comprehensive on-the-job training program ensures that you’ll develop the necessary skills and knowledge while earning a competitive wage. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with additional benefits available after one year of continuous employment.
