Our program offers on-the-job training, allowing you to gain valuable experience in constructing and installing high-quality docks, all while earning $19.00 per hour starting pay. After one year, you'll also become eligible for benefits.
Working hours are consistently from 7am to 3pm daily, providing a stable and predictable work schedule.
