We are looking to onboard full-time Ranch Hands in the beautiful region of Lewis Center. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to learn the ropes of ranching while earning a stable income. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Our program ensures you gain valuable skills in ranch maintenance, livestock care, and day-to-day operations, all while making a decent living.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with benefits after one year.
