We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Farm Equipment Operators. Whether you have years of experience or are new to the field, we provide on-the-job training to help you master the skills necessary for operating a variety of farm machinery effectively.

As a Farm Equipment Operator, you'll be responsible for preparing fields, planting crops, and harvesting produce, among other essential agricultural tasks. Training is provided to ensure you become proficient in operating tractors, combines, and other farm equipment safely.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits available after one year of employment. Our working hours are from 6 am to 4 pm daily, offering you the chance to work in the great outdoors while contributing to our farm's success.
