We are seeking dedicated full-time lifeguards to ensure the safety and well-being of visitors at our Springboro aquatic facilities. No prior experience is necessary as we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed while earning a competitive wage.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with benefits available after one year of employment.
