On-the-job training and professional development are provided as part of our commitment to supporting our coaches and ensuring continuous improvement.
Starting salary is $3,500 per month, with benefits available after the first year.
The coaching schedule primarily includes afternoon practices and weekend games, aligning with school hours and seasonal competitions.
