We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team of Crop Harvesters in the Fort Mill and Rock Hill areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the agricultural sector, with extensive on-the-job training and a supportive team environment.

Employees will learn all aspects of crop harvesting, including operating machinery, sorting and packaging produce, and maintaining field equipment. Our on-the-job training program ensures that even those new to the field will quickly acquire the necessary skills.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with the potential for benefits after one year of employment.

Working hours are from 6am to 2pm daily, offering a consistent schedule and the opportunity to enjoy your afternoons.
