La Follette Community Pool is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our lifeguard team. This full-time role offers comprehensive on-the-job training and an opportunity to make a significant impact on the safety and well-being of our local community. No prior experience necessary, as we provide all necessary training and certifications to ensure you excel in your role:

- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all pool visitors.
- Monitor pool area and intervene in emergencies, utilizing lifesaving techniques as needed.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
- Assist in pool maintenance and ensure all safety equipment is in proper working condition.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits available after one year of employment.

Working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily.
