La Follette is on the lookout for passionate Swim Instructors ready to dive into a full-time role where you can learn as you go and make a splash in the lives of our community members.

Our on-the-job training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become an exceptional Swim Instructor while earning a competitive wage.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour with benefits available after one year of service.
