This full-time position involves implementing and monitoring soil health practices as well as advising on the best agricultural techniques to enhance crop yields.

The starting annual salary is $45,000, and employees are eligible for benefits after one year of service.

Working hours are 7am to 3pm from Monday to Friday, offering a balanced work-life schedule.
