Webster Farms is seeking a dedicated Agronomist to join our team and provide in-depth analysis and consultation on crop and soil health. As an Agronomist on our team, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in agriculture to improve the productivity and sustainability of our farming operations. This position offers on-the-job learning and a chance to make a significant impact on our agricultural practices.

Your responsibilities will include soil sampling, crop monitoring, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize yields. We believe in continuous learning and provide all necessary training and resources.

Starting annual salary is $60,000 with additional benefits after one year of successful service.

Standard working hours are 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.
