As a Ranch Hand, you’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training in various aspects of ranch life including animal care, equipment operation, and repair work.
Starting pay is $20 per hour with a benefits package available after one year of commitment.
Working hours are from 6am to 4pm daily, providing ample opportunity to develop your skills and contribute meaningfully to the ranch community.
