No prior experience necessary as long as you have a strong willingness to learn and a passion for agriculture.

Our on-the-job training program ensures that you will gain the skills needed to excel in operating various types of farm equipment, from tractors to advanced machinery.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour with potential benefits after one year of employment.
