We are seeking dedicated full-time employees to join our team as Farm Equipment Operators. This role involves learning on the job while managing a range of farm machinery essential for agricultural production.

Our company offers comprehensive on-the-job training that allows you to earn $24 per hour from day one. After one year of service, you will be eligible for additional benefits.

Work hours are from 7 am to 3 pm daily. Your daily responsibilities will include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of farm equipment.
