Qualifications
- BSN required
- MSN preferred
- 3-5 years experience as a staff nurse
- 2-3 years Management Experience in Med Surg preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care on assigned unit(s)
- Participate in hospital performance improvement activities
- Manage clinical activities and staff development on assigned unit
