Qualifications
- Active NY State RN License
- 2 years Nursing/Clinical experience
- Excellent Patient Care & Assessment skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide field supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of home care service provision
- Conduct nursing assessments and supervisory visits
- Evaluate performance of PCAs and HHAs
