Qualifications
- Diploma, Associates, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Experience in behavioral health field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide service coordination for assigned group of consumers
- Develop and implement treatment goals and plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support services
