Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid RN license in the State of Virginia
- Three years of experience in a long term care environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments
- Coordination of the RAI process
- Provide Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight
