Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing
- Possess a current California RN license
- Minimum three years' experience as an RN serving the geriatric or frail population required
Responsibilities
- Assess participant's needs and plan appropriate nursing care plans
- Implement, direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care for participants with the ADHC and clinic setting
- Participate actively in the interdisciplinary team
