- Previous supervisory experience in high volume restaurant industry preferred

Responsibilities
- Direct daily work activities of assigned personnel in the Food and Beverage facility
- Ensure sufficient staffing of all Food and Beverage areas
- Establish policies and procedures for team members, including safety and hygiene
