- Experience in multi-unit or multi-department management
- Track record scaling and managing hospitality teams
Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment of talent and team development
- Develop ties with neighborhood businesses for brand loyalty
- Maintain operational excellence and financial performance of stores
Working Hours
Full Time: 45 hours per week, 5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days
