Qualifications
- Property & Casualty Licensed or ability to acquire a Property & Casualty License
- Minimum 2 years of Supervisory/Management experience in the Insurance Field
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dynamic team of 15-20 salespeople
- Motivate the team to explore new deals, identify prospects, and effectively engage with clients
- Develop and impart comprehensive training to agents on effective sales pipeline management
