Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Ability to problem solve
- 2 years Customer Service and/or RV repair and troubleshooting experience
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communication from dealers and retail customers with regard to warranty/technical issues
- Support sales and production teams to provide the best customer service experience
- Resolve customer concerns and act as a liaison between the selling dealer and manufacturer warranty
- Coordinate with technical group with timeframe regarding repairs and issues being experienced by dealers and customers
- Coordinate with parts department to help expedite items to dealers and customers with elevated warranty status
- Constant contact with vendors
