Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Ability to problem solve
  • 2 years Customer Service and/or RV repair and troubleshooting experience
Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communication from dealers and retail customers with regard to warranty/technical issues
  • Support sales and production teams to provide the best customer service experience
  • Resolve customer concerns and act as a liaison between the selling dealer and manufacturer warranty
  • Coordinate with technical group with timeframe regarding repairs and issues being experienced by dealers and customers
  • Coordinate with parts department to help expedite items to dealers and customers with elevated warranty status
  • Constant contact with vendors
