Join The Equity Project (TEP) Charter School as a Social Work Fellow (Bilingual) and help students and families navigate mental health challenges from Kindergarten through 8th Grade.
Qualifications
- Complete fluency in Spanish
- Master’s degree in Social Work preferred
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience working with children and families
Responsibilities
- Provide regular counseling to students and families in need of social and emotional support
- Design and lead programs to promote emotional, mental, and psycho-social health
- Respond to day-to-day challenges and unanticipated student crises
