Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Minimum of two years relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and provide orientation for resource foster parents
- Assess potential resource parents' abilities and motivations
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to maximize agency presence within communities
